Table Rates:
We now use a P&P table rate for all orders. Therefore, we can continue to give our high standard of service to all customers whatever the order size or value. The table rate will now be better for all our customers, and no-one will be to a disadvantage. The smallest of orders will be charged a lower postal rate. While the larger heavier orders, postage charges will graduate depending on the order value.

Free P&P:
Large orders over £150 to the UK now have free delivery.

Low Value Orders:
We have no minimum order value. However for us to continue to give our high level of service and to enable us to process small orders efficiently, and due to high card transaction/paypal fees, we do have a small low order administration fee of £1.49, which will be applied to small orders under the value of £5.00. If you wish to avoid paying this fee, can we please suggest you take your basket products total over the value of £5.00 this will avoid you paying any small administration charges.

Methods of delivery:
We use varied methods: Royal Mail & Courier Services, if the Royal Mail continues to be in dispute on a regular basis, when necessary we shall use a courier service to despatch all orders over £40.00. However, if you do require something urgently during a postal dispute, and it under the value of £40 please contact us where we can give you courier fees for small value orders.

European & International Orders:
EG: Channel Islands, European and International etc: are subject to change, depending on the weight and size of the order. You will be emailed if we do have to add any further postage fees to your order.

Despatch Timescale:
Despatch time is approx 2-3 days for each order, on occasions we do get extremely busy. Therefore some orders may take up to 7-9 days for despatch. We will notify you by email when the order is despatched. Most of our card and paper etc: is cut locally for us in special sizes therefore some card and paper orders may incur a 3-4 day despatch timescale. In the run up to Christmas and during holiday breaks, please allow enough time when placing your order, as we cannot guarantee despatch or delivery at this busy time of year, but we will do our best to despatch all orders as quickly as possible. Orders are packed and sent out in order that they are received. There is no jumping of the queue, as this is unfair to other customers. If you have placed an order and not paid for it, it will remain in the system until it is paid for, it will then go in order, it does not jump the queue once you have paid for it. We do not offer a next day or priority delivery. For normal despatch please allow enough time to receive your order.

Out of Stock Products:
On some occasions we may also run short of certain products: eg: paper, card & sheet products, but if it is a product we stock regularly we will always re-stock it as soon as possible. If you do order something and we run short of this item, we will forward it on asap and a note will be added to your invoice if something is to follow. Within 28 days. If a product you have ordered is out of stock when we process your order and it is not due back in stock for some time, we shall refund you the difference, and adjust postage fees accordingly.

Payment Methods:
You have a choice of payment: By phone or online using a card or paypal. However please, be aware that if you place an order and do not pay, it will not be sent out until it is paid for, which may incur 7 working days wait.

General Queries:
If you have a general query regarding you order, you can email us: sales@wedding-crafts.co.uk. Quoting you invoice number.

Late Delivery:
If your parcel is late, at least 10 working days after despatch of your order, firstly log into your account and check when the goods were despatchd, all these details are held in your account history. Once you have checked these details can you firstly please check with Royal Mail sorting office, or if it is an International Delivery, please check with your local postal sorting office first before contacting us. Very often the parcel is awaiting collection. If your goods do appear to be late and are not at the sorting office and 10 full working days have passed since despatch, then please email us. If your parcel is returned to us by the post office because you have not collected it and you have asked for it to be re-sent, there will be a £5.00 handling fee, added to your account. If you find that on a regular basis you have received orders very quickly, please do not rely on this, as this leads to disappointment when we are very busy. If something is missing from your order please double check your packaging before phoning as we sell many small items that may be hidden in the packaging and very often they turn up hidden between something else. Once you have double checked your parcel, if the item is still missing please email us. Missing items must be reported within 3 days of receiving parcel. Please allow 48 hours for a response, not including the weekends.

Lost Parcels:
If in the unfortunate event your goods seem to have been lost in the post we do hold proof of posting for all goods sent and we shall process a trace or claim with Royal Mail or the Courier service used at that time, we can only process a claim after 15 full days have passed. The claim process with Royal can take up to 28 days. So please be patient with us, and note that this can be a lengthy process. If your goods have been lost, we can either supply you with replacement goods, or a full refund but only after 28 full days have passed from our despatch date. This will allow us enough time to process a claim if neccessary. We do ask you to be patient if this unfortunate situation arises. Our aim is to clear any lost parcels as quickly as possible. These same rules also apply even if the goods were sent by International Post.

Offensive weapons act 1996:
Under the Offensive weapons act 1996 it is an offence for anyone in the UK under the age of 16 to purchase a knife or similar cutting tools that can be used to harm others. In purchasing from this site, you are accepting the terms & conditions on this page and certify that, should you be purchasing a knife, you are over 16 years of age & agree to provide wedding crafts with truthful and accurate information and to act in accordance with the aforementioned act.

Returns:
When you order from us via the internet, you have 7 days to evaluate the product in your home. If within those 7 days you decide to return the product as it is not suitable for your requirements, you must make sure the product/s and the product packaging must be in its original condition and received by us within 14 days of when the order was sent to you. You will be entitled to a refund. However please note, this does not include a refund of your shipping costs.

Please note:
In the unlikely event that you may want to return goods, as they are not suitable. Please be aware that if we have allowed free postage or if you have paid a lower fee than the actual original postal/courier charges; You will incur a handling fee as we will need to recover the postage we have paid on the basis of your order. We will always use the lowest postage option available to us giving you the cheapest available post charges when purchasing online. But on occasions, it is sometimes cheaper for us to send things via courier rather than Royal Mail, especially when sending card and paper, as this is extremely heavy. (So for example you may pay £4.99 postage online based on your order value, but the actual postage fee for us to send the goods, may be £7.99 via courier as this was the cheapest option due to the weight of the goods) So if you return goods and there is a postage difference, we will need to recover this amount. These fees will be based on the original cost of postage. Once we have received your goods safely, and they are in re-saleable condition, returned with all original packaging, we shall give a refund, but minus our original postage cost.

Faulty products:
Wedding Crafts will offer a full refund or exchange of any faulty/damaged goods including return shipping costs to us within 14 days. You must return the faulty goods along with the original packaging, so as we can evaluate whether the damage has occurred during the handling by the postal service we use at that time. Please remember to obtain proof of posting from the post office. ***Please note: we shall be responsible for the return shipping costs of the faulty/damaged items only. If you choose to return products that are not faulty or damaged, the buyer must bear the return shipping costs to us***
