All our do-it-yourself wedding stationery designs on display in our gallery have been made using beautiful wedding embellishments & creative stationery toppers & products which are readily available from our online store. Conditions of Use

Payments can be made by phone, cheque or online with credit/debit cards using our secure payment method or via Paypal.

However be aware that if you place an order and do not pay it will not be sent out until it is paid for, which may incur 7 working days wait.

We cannot offer a next day delivery under any circumstance, please allow enough time to receive your order.

If you have a general query regarding you order, you can telephone us on: 01446 741627 or email us: sales@the-craft-cabin.co.uk quoting your invoice number. If your parcel is late, at least 10 days after placing your order, please check with Royal Mail sorting office first before contacting us as very often the parcel is awaiting collection.

If then your order is late and not at the sorting office and 10 full days have passed then please email us.

If your parcel is returned to by post office because you have not collected it and you have asked for it to be re-sent, there will be a £5.00 handling fee, added to your account.

If you find that on a regular basis you have received orders very quickly, please do not rely on this, as this leads to disappointment when we are very busy. If something is missing from your order please double check your packaging before phoning as we sell many small items that may be hidden in the packaging and very often they turn up hidden between something else. Once you have double checked your parcel, if the item is still missing please email us. Missing items must be reported within 3 days of receiving your parcel. Please allow 48 hours for a response, not including the weekends.

Under the Offensive weapons act 1996 it is an offence for anyone in the UK under the age of 16 to purchase a knife or similar cutting tools that can be used to harm others.
