Business Licence Agreement - Annual

1.  All wedding stationery downloadable products have been created for The Craft Cabin & Wedding Crafts and is copyrighted, unless otherwise stated.

2.  You are buying a business licence agreement to use these products.  Ownership and copyright of the graphics/images/product is retained by, The Craft Cabin & Wedding Crafts.

3.  This license allows commercial business Use - PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY:

    a) - Commercial Business Use allows you to use these graphics in a small business situation.  For example, creating arts/crafts that you make; wedding invitaion making, personal stationery etc, to sell on, or for personal use for one year only.
    b) - You cannot use them in a competitive product or sell them on solely as a downloadable package.
    c) - This agreement, allows you to purchase as many downloadable printable packages for 1 year from date of purchase; from www.wedding-crafts. You will need to re-new your agreement each year, if you wish to continue using our printable downloads for commercial use.

4.  You cannot, under any circumstances, redistribute or sell the purchased zip file, this means any or all of its contents.  Please note that it is illegal to do so.

5.  You cannot store any purchased item at any place on a network or on the Internet where it may be referenced by a third party, this includes but is not limited to, yahoo lists, emailing, ftp, my space etc.. Sharing digital downloadable files bought from The Craft Cabin & Wedding Crafts is strictly prohibited and is against the law.

6.  You cannot under any circumstances use this product for illegal, hateful, harmful purposes including pornography, racial material or anything that would cause harm or offence.  We will accept no liability from any resulting legal proceedings or claims for damages should this product be used in that manner.

7.  Limited Liability - We will not be held respsonsible for any damage resulting in the use of this product.

8.  We reserve the right to modify/change this license and the terms of use at any time.

9.  By purchasing this product, you accept responsibility to have read and understood the contents of this license and shall agree to all terms set out in this license.
